Job Description
Contract HR Coordinator opportunity to provide support in various administrative and clerical tasks focused on the organization’s onboarding, orientation, open enrollment, and employee relations process.
*3-6 Month Contract Onsite
Walk plant floor daily.
Available to employees to address their concerns and conduct investigations.
Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, and compliance.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
2 years of HR Experience
A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person
Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
