In the role of HR Coordinator, you will be tasked with supporting office colleagues and addressing the needs of all stakeholders through the management of various office responsibilities. This includes handling office tasks, offering courteous and professional assistance through both phone and email channels, and maintaining a positive and supportive presence within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing compensation and benefits
• Overseeing recruitment processes
• Facilitating onboarding activities
• Maintaining accurate record-keeping
• Coordinating training and development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Undertaking any additional HR duties as required

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
