Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative aspects of the recruiting, worker's compensation, leave management, and training; compile, collate, and organize associated documentation and records.
- Schedule interviews and interview potential applicants regarding their skills, experience, and education.
- Contact references and perform background checks on applicants.
- Inform applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits, and duties.
- Hiring or referring qualified applicants for the employer.
- Conduct or help with new employee orientation.
- Maintain training records.
- Keep process paperwork and employment records.
- File and organize paperwork and documentation.
- Follow safety practices, participate in safety training as required, and report any unsafe condition or accident.
- Other tasks as needed.

Candidates must meet the following re quirements to be considered:?
- At least two years related experience required in human resources or related fields and/or equivalent experience.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHRca) is preferred but not required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
- Must be proficient in typing.
- Bilingual a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
