The Opportunity:
This position will partner closely with assigned service line leaders and employees by providing guidance and counsel on all HR needs including employee relations, employee engagement, retention, recruitment, compensation and other HR efforts, using data-driven, high return practices. A successful candidate is passionate about employee relations, solving challenges, helping people and fostering the development of Saint Luke's leaders and employees toward creating an engaging, productive, and inclusive work environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and a deep sense of belonging in a culture committed to providing the best patient care. This role provides guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies and procedures, Saint Luke's standards and values in furthering our vision to be the best place to get care and the best place to give care. A successful candidate is highly accountable, a continuous learner, always looking to improve, and values being part of a highly collaborative team. Education/experience with employee relations, leadership and/or organizational development, coaching, counseling, investigations, policy, data-analytics, communications a plus.
