Hr Business Analyst

COMPANY:
Discovery Solutions is seeking job applicantsfor a HR Business Analyst(Hybrid).
LOCATION:
Dallas or Tampa or Jersey City, NJ
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Experience: Proficiency in overseeing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to liaise effectively with HRBPs, handle sensitive issues, and collaborate with team members.
• Client Relationship Management: Understanding of client onboarding processes, KYC procedures, and client interaction skills.

On Site Attendance Monitoring
a) Reporting / Data Reconciliation
b) Liaison with HRBPs
c) Escalating issues
Management Control Testing
a) Executing test scripts
b) Monthly reporting
3) Client due diligence
a) Client Onboarding & KYC requests
b) TRM Standardized Assessments
**Assist with other projects as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree Human Resources
5 years experience
highly organized
experience with project management
using Excel for detailed analysis
has some HR experience or is otherwise adept at dealing directly with people on sensitive issues
Strong written and verbal communication
