This fast-paced position is responsible for supporting Beaver Valley with all Human Resources and Billing Specialist needs. This would include processing internal HR documents, recruiting, verifications of employment, unemployment inquires, client billing, payroll support and administrative processes. This position provides management interface with management, security officers, supervisors, and other administrative personnel in order to ensure operational processes are implemented as required by Beaver Valley processes and Site-Specific Procedures.
This position is ideal for extremely organized individuals with sound decision making and judgement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Education/Experience
- Associates degree and/or 2 years of equivalent education, experience, or any combination thereo f to perform essential functions of this position. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for the required education as determined by the company.
- Meet and maintain nuclear security screening requirements for unescorted nuclear site access.
- Competent and knowledgeable of the security requirements.
Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements.
