Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinate employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Assist with HR sourcing efforts to attract qualified candidates
- Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and company culture
- Assist with employee evaluation processes and performance management
- Collect and maintain employee data and records in HRIS systems
- Support talent acquisition efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining employee files
Experience:
- Previous experience in a human resources role or related field preferred
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paycom, ADP a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proficient in Google Office Suite (Document, Sheets, Slides)
