Based in Woonsocket, RI, Community Care Alliance is a non-profit community mental health and human services agency that supports individuals and families in their efforts to meet economic, social, and emotional challenges and enhance their well-being.We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Human Resources professional to join our small, collaborative and dedicated HR team. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with great benefits! Must be a self-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Seeking an individual with creative strategies and a willingness to think outside the box. The HR Assistant/Recruiter is an integral part of the team and will also work one-on-one with managers, staff, and schools.As the HR Assistant/Recruiter, you will assist Lead HR Recruiter with New Employee Orientation, all staffing and recruiting efforts and our endeavors to build an effective talent pipeline by working with local colleges and universities to establish/maintain internship and apprenticeship programs.
