Qualifications- Clerical experience with good track record for efficiency and proficiency
- Proficient in Office applications, good with computer programs
- Prior experience as HR/Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator in Nursing Home setting preferred

Be a face of the company at the facility level for all staff, from pre-hire to retire. Assist the HR Director in attaining the following goals of the department:
- Responsible for job postings, reaching out to applicants consistently and timely to ensure success in hiring
- Vetting and onboarding potential hires
- Responsible for all employee paperwork and entering employee information into the HR portal
- Benefits coordinator
- Main resource for company policy as it relates to employment
- Review timecards and make edits prior to payroll deadlines
- Work with scheduler to ensure accuracy
- Assist department heads with disciplinary process
