Staffing Solutions is excited to partner with THE leading financing provider for distributors and merchants throughout the United States to identify a dynamic HR Generalist. This role is primarily accountable for all aspects of payroll administration and the recruiting process, along with giving department support for benefits administration and training initiatives.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely completion and accuracy of each payroll for the U.S, U.K./Europe, Australia, and Italy
• Lead efforts, in coordination with Accounting, for internal and external payroll or benefit-related audits
• Conduct new hire orientation and continually improve the company's onboarding program
• Recruit outstanding candidates to fill open positions as staffing needs arise
• Provide in-depth knowledge of company benefit plans and manage the benefits enrollment process for all new hires
• Assist with drafting, administering, and enforcing company policies for continuous improvement in all areas of the organization

What you'll need to succeed:

• A passion and understanding for/of people!
• 2 years in the HR capacity, payroll experience required
• Ability to promote a positive, forward-thinking work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability to the HR needs of the organization
