We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join the Human Resources who will be responsible for the following duties which includes:
- Manage the onboarding process for all staff hired and tracking recruiting activity
- Prepare new hire packets for Orientation, as required
- Ensures that staff are appropriately and actively credentialed and experienced, at time of hire and ongoing and that HR is in receipt of such documentation.
- Processing of new hires in internal systems and programs, including but not limited to ADP Work Force Now and Relias Learning.
- Maintains the Learning Management system for all staff at time of hire and ongoing.
- Ensures completion of employee training, online and in-person and generates reports and follow up to Program Directors, as needed.
- Schedules and coordinates all HR provided in person and remote training and certification courses for the Organization, including set-up and attendance tracking.
- Notifies appropriate internal departments when a new hire has been added to our workforce.
- Tracking data and assist with audit preparation, as needed.
- General personnel file creation and maintenance, including periodic and regular filing.
- Ensures files are compliant with CARF, state and federal standards on an ongoing basis. (documents, licensure, degree, forms, training, etc.)
- Attends and participates in employee events as required by the Director of HR.
- Intermediate-Advanced computer skills are required, including Excel and Word, as well as a strong working knowledge of HR database systems.
- Generates reports as needed and at the request of the HR Director.
- Limited travel to locations may be required
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills.
- Must be task oriented and organized.
- A team-oriented viewpoint is essential to this role.
- As a 24/7 facility, monthly weekend day (s) on site flexible
Preferred Candidates : Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role with degree or one in process and experience with HRIS. Healthcare or non-profit experience a plus.
