**Position Overview:**

As the Housing Director, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and supportive housing for our clients. You will oversee all aspects of our housing program, including managing residential facilities, coordinating resident services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of residential facilities, including staffing, maintenance, and resident intake processes.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

- Coordinate with clinical staff to provide supportive services and resources to residents.

- Oversee budgeting and financial management for housing programs.

- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing residential treatment facilities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housing management, preferably in a healthcare or addiction treatment setting.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for residential treatment facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
