Essential Housekeeping Supervisorrequirements include, but are not limited to the following;

• Basic functions include strategic planning and managing of general daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleans of the resident's home (both common areas and rooms) and/or laundering and delivery back to the rooms of both personal and bed linens.
• With these general functions do come state and federal regulations that must be followed in the course of these functions, this position is responsible for knowing those regulations, educating the respective assistants and holding them accountable to follow them.
• Must be team oriented, conscientious, able to adapt, punctual, and enjoy working with an elderly.
• Previous supervisor experience is preferred
• Previous housekeeping and/or laundry experience in healthcare required
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to read English
