Housekeeper

Kind, fun family living in Haverford, Pennsylvania looking to hire an organized experienced Housekeeperto start in January.

The Ideal Candidate: Can go into a room and know exactly what needs to be done to make it tidy and organized. Mom needs assistance with making sure everything in the home has a designated place. The person they are looking to employ must be understanding that they have 3 boys (6,8 and 10) who may not always put things away. For example, if they are working on a lego set and it's in the middle of the floor, it is ok to leave it there. Their house isn't a museum it's a home they live in.

What Works Best for Family: This individual will do the cleaning of the home, organizing the house, closets, drawers, etc. Laundry for the family. They do not need to do the deep cleaning because someone else comes 1-2 times per month. Meal prep is needed as well, nothing fancy, a protein, starch and veggie. Everyone eats the same for dinner. They will need to be ok assisting with decorating for the holidays, returning items, grocery shopping, etc. The family doesn't need a nanny, but someone who is ok if mom needs to run one or two children somewhere just to be the adult in the home occasionally. However, if the housekeeper enjoys working with children, extra hours could be given to watch the children. Their children have been raised to be kind and respectful.

• Housekeeping:Housekeeping Required- they have someone to do full deep cleans

• Errands:Dry Cleaners; Post Office,Etc.

• Work Hours:Family can be flexible with hours but something like 9-5 10-6 Monday-Friday

Position Compensation

• Salary:$30-$35 per hour
• Vacation:2 weeks paid plus 5 sick days - please don't come sick, you will get paid :) Family is away a lot in July and August. When family is away or asks you to not come in, you will be paid your normal pay.
