House Manager/Housekeeper/Puppy Sitter - Female Applicant Preferred

Seeking Female House Manager/Housekeeper/Puppy Sitter

I am a single woman business owner in search of a capable and dedicated individual to manage the care and upkeep of my townhouse while also providing attentive care for my 4-month-old puppy. The ideal candidate must possess excellent multitasking abilities and be fully committed to maintaining the household to the highest standards, including cleaning skills of the utmost quality.

Responsibilities include overseeing any necessary handy work and coordinating with hired workers, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the residence to the highest standards, and providing loving and responsible care for the puppy. Cooking skills are appreciated but not required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in house management, housekeeping, and/or pet care is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to the well-being of both the household and the puppy.

• Must be comfortable signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

• Must be non-judgmental and highly flexible to accommodate my busy schedule.

• Ability to adapt seamlessly to both my in-home or outside office work environments. My schedule varies.
