SalaryResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies and objectives in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Manage program budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses
- Conduct regular program reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with program requirements, regulations, and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including setting clear expectations and goals
Experience:
- Proven experience in program management, including managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOK
- Experience in business process modeling and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience in budgeting, contract management, and vendor relationship management
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills to inform decision-making
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
