YSI is seeking a highly qualified Hotline Intake Specialist. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.
Functional Responsibilities:
· Under general direction, the Contractor shall support the ingestion of data from the OIG Hotline into the production investigation systems.
· This task area addresses basic data processing, review of source data quality assurance, review and prioritization of compliants, and communications with regional investigation staff.
· In addition, the Contractor shall compile, analyze, categorize, and/or prioritize allegation data, ensure data quality, and take appropriate adjudication action, to include referral to appropriate internal/external entities as necessary.
· The Contractors shall also review and analyze complex data, conduct data queries and analysis, and prepare written products that may be provided to senior officials and external stakeholders.
Minimum Education/Experience:
· Preference of bachelor’s degree, or higher, in an IT- or business-related field.
· Three (3) years of work experience related to data compilation, analysis, categorization, prioritizing, and quality assurance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Ability to conduct review and analysis of complex data.
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Ability to organize, plan and schedule work with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
