Title: HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, surveys, and other relevant sources.
• Work with the project team to develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights related to workforce demographics, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, turnover, performance, and other HR-related areas.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Program team
• Collaborate with Client HR business partners, Client TA teams, compensation and benefits specialists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements, address analytical needs, and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of HR analytics projects and initiatives, including predictive modeling, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion analysis, and other advanced analytics projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR analytics and data visualization, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance HR data analytics capabilities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Experience:

• Data Analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
• HRIS Systems: 2 years (Preferred)
