$19.50 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Generate sales presentations and a variety of additional materials for prospective customers highlighting event space, dining and catering services, and facility amenities
- Maximize profits by selling more and providing upgrades to guests to ensure they are completely satisfied
- Establish and maintain communication with customers via phone and email to answer their inquiries and requests
- Plan and organize work schedules, file important documents, and communicate with stakeholders and hotel departments about sales-related information
- Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, special events
- Proven track record of sales success
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field is a plus
- This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
- Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
