Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
