Crestview Management, LLC (an affiliate of Columbia Sussex) is a hotel developer, owner/operator with 50 years’ experience developing and managing properties throughout the US and Caribbean. The company is seeking an experienced and energetic Marketing Manager for its Hotels and Resort portfolio. This full-time position requires the candidate to work out of the Corporate Office located in Crestview Hills, KY.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase occupancy rates.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Manage the hotel's loyalty program.
- Attend industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media and online marketing.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
Experience
- Hotel/Resort Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
Education Bachelor's (Preferred)
