Hotel Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services - Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue generation - Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards - Train and supervise staff members to provide exceptional guest service - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees - Manage budgets and financial performance of the hotel - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to attract new guests and maintain customer loyalty - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations - Knowledge of night audit procedures and revenue management techniques - Familiarity with human resources practices and employment laws - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred As a Hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
