Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability through effective revenue management techniques
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they provide excellent service and adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate hotel activities and events
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other hospitality software
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if the hotel serves international guests
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing personalized service
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
