Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance
- Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the hotel
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by guests
- Proficient in hotel management software systems
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
