· Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls
· Contact engineering for room repairs
· Answer room service calls
· Assist with Transportation dispatch calls
· Play an integral part in assisting with emergencies, (fire, medical, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for assistance.
· Communicates with all departments via the telephone, email and/or radio.
· Accept, record and deliver wake-up calls accurately and promptly.
· Document all guest complaints or problems immediately and notify designated department/personnel for resolving the situation. Follow up within 15 minutes to ensure completion and guest satisfaction.
· Assist in emergency situations as central communication center for hotel. .
· Work Front Desk shifts as needed.
· Log packages
· Run daily reports
· Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Hours-3:00 PM-11:00 PM
