Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

Solvis Employment Services is urgently hiring a receptionist for a Hotel located in city of Laguna Beach.

Schedule Varies During the Week: 8am to 5pm

Weekends: 1pm to 10pm ( might change) we need someone flexible and can work weekends

Duties:

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy to accommodate guests’ needs
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
• Front Desk experience in hospitality required.
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends

Bilingual is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

• Resort
