As a Front Desk Concierge at Turf Valley Resort, you hold the responsibility of providing each of our hotel guests with legendary guest service, ensuring a welcoming and lasting first impression.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work the following shift: 3 pm - 11 pm.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and registering hotel guests.
• Providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests throughout their entire stay.
• Making and modifying reservations as needed.
• Maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
• Hotel operator and concierge duties.
• Settling guest’s account upon check out.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be effective in problem solving, and maintaining professionalism and composure while under pressure.
• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
• Must be able to work efficiently without frequent supervision.

• Previous Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.

Physical requirements:

• Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
