Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks accurately
- Manage online and phone reservations effectively
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Assist with guest requests such as booking tours, transportation, or dining reservations
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual)
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous
- Proficiency in hospitality management software is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
