Hotel Front Desk Clerk

This is a 1st/2nd/3rd shift position. (7-3 p.m.) (3-11p.m.)(11p-7A) Please be availabe to work all three shifts before applying. We are looking for a flexible Front Desk Associate to join our team. Responsibilities and Required Abilities:

Check in customers and provide guests with directions to their room
Inform customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use them
Handle and resolve guest complaints
Check-out guests, settle all invoices, verify all guest rooms are vacant after check-out.
Answer in-bound calls & Make out-bound calls
Prepare for incoming arrivals
Communicate with guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service possible
Greet each guest

Front Desk Associate Qualifications:Flexibilty to work weekends, holidays, different shifts.

Knowledge of Opera or Opera Cloud Helpful but not necessary
Excellent customer service skills.
Understand basic principles of office/clerical procedures
Ability to operate front office equipment
Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
No experience necessary, willing to train the right person
High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed
