```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and nights.-
-Bilingual, Spanish and English preferable.
