Job Description
My Place Hotel – Dahlgren/ King George is seeking experienced Front Desk Agents. Only candidates with excellent customer service skills will be considered. Must be proficient in customer service, handling customer complaints, cash handling and computer experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Some duties include:
- Running daily operation of the Front Desk while maintaining brand standards
- Handling and resolving all guests issues/concerns while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and multi-task
- Performing check-ins, check-outs, incoming reservations, receiving shipments and maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and decision making skills.
- Clean and professional appearance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbal.
- Ability to utilize basic technology including smartphones, tablets and computers.
- Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
