Country Inn and Suites Hotel Petersburg is seek an EXPERIENCED Front Desk agent.

Should have open availability, (Open to working any shifts) Weekends & Holidays are REQUIRED.

Must have HOTEL Front Desk Experience.

Experience with CHOICE, Marriott, Hilton, or IHG, would be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
