Hotel Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

IHG hotel experience is a huge plus. Must also have Hotel Front Desk hospitality experience to be considered for this job. Duties include: making hotel reservations in person and over the telephone, checking in and checking out guest, talking with the guest, always helpful and smiling, able to work flexible days and hours.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties, if needed at times

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or guest services role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
