Hotel Front Desk Agent | $18/Hr | Urgently Hiring!

Hotel in Carlsbad, CA is now seeking a friendly full-time Front Desk Agent!

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our hotel. Join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transaction
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• MUST have previous experience in a Front Desk or related role in a hotel and/or resort
• Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual; Spanish and English preferred
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

$18/hr

Schedule: The right candidate will have a flexible schedule to alternate between a morning and evening shift as assigned.
