Please apply if you have 1+ years of experience as a Front Desk Agent and are looking for a position in the hotel industry that will challenge and reward you.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Checking in/out guests
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Providing prompt and courteous responses to guest requests
- Recommending nearby attractions, activities, and restaurant
- Reporting to GM
It will help if you have:
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work morning/night/weekend/holiday shifts when necessary
Compensation: $14.50-16 Hour
Schedule: Full Time - 7am-3pm
