Hotel Billing Coordinator

In this Monday - Friday role you will be responsible for group sales billing for hotel rooms and review completed event to ensure contracted concessions have been met. Starting pay $18-$20. Additional compensation based on experience.

Job Overview: Responsible for managing the billing process and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for Group Sales clients, individual guests.

Job Requirements:

Reflects MINIMUMEDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

• Combination of post-high school education and or hotel, revenue management or hotel front office reservation experience to equal three years.
• Working knowledge of PMS and RMS.
• Ability to analyze data and compile/present information.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Must be able to pass basic math and excel test.
