Responsibilities: - Assist the hotel manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences - Provide leadership and guidance to hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment - Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively - Utilize phone systems and maintain excellent phone etiquette when interacting with guests and staff - Assist with budgeting and financial management, ensuring expenses are within allocated resources - Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, train, and develop hotel staff - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel - Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance Experience: - Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multiple languages being a plus - Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management practices - Familiarity with guest services and the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using various computer systems and software applications Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
