The role of Event Staff / Party Host is to provide ultimate customer service to patrons hosting their events at Fifth Third Arena. Staff will be responsible for helping the event host in all aspects, such as, room decorating, loading/unloading of event materials, wayfinding, etc. Ideal candidates will exhibit qualities such as great customer service skills, excellent multitasking ability, and strong organization capabilities.

How You’ll Contribute:
- The ability to greet all visitors, vendors, and employees while continuously maintaining the standards of excellence in presentation and professionalism.
- Act as host for duration of the event.
- Assist clients with decoration of the rental space.
- Help guest load and unload cars with event items or equipment.
- Assist guests with wayfinding within the facility.
- Reset rental spaces to normal room set up upon event end.
- Inspect rental space and associated equipment for damage after event conclusion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Player Stats and Qualifications:
- Delivering quality customer service and positive interactions with our patrons is critical to the completion of all the tasks within this position.
- Ability to work varied hours Friday-Sunday, including holidays.
- Excellent multitasking ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Experience working in venue-based event or hospitality preferred.
