- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee purchasing to ensure adequate supplies are on hand to meet guest needs.
