Job Title: LPN- Long Term Care
Location: Seward, AK 99664
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00), Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Duration: 13 weeks
No. of hours: 12 hours, 36 hours
Job Duties:
- Previous travel experience required
- 1+ years of LPN- Long Term Care Experience: REQUIRED
- Candidates permanent address cannot be within 50 miles of facility.
Position Requirement:
- BLS
- State License of AK
- Covid card
- Relevant 2+ years experience of Skilled Nursing
Pay Rate Details for Traveller (Above 50 miles away from the facility)
Traveller Pay:
Pay rate: $24/hr on w2 basis (Taxable)
Stipend: $1162/week (Non Taxable) (Subjected to hours worked every week)
Weekly Gross Pay: $2026/week (for 36 hours/week)
OT Rate: $36/hr
