HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Travel Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) for a skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation services, skilled nursing care, and long-Term Care facility located in Nome, Alaska!

Assignment Details for this Travel Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Role:

• Expected Hours: 36-hour schedule
• 12-hour shifts: varied shift
• 13-week contract with potential to extend

Requirements of this Travel Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Role:

• Active LPN License in Alaksa required
• 12+ months applicable experience in LTC/SNF/LTAC
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
