Key Role:
Install, configure, and maintain mid-range operating systems. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with managing and monitoring an existing computing environment supporting multiple tenants
Experience with operating the Linux command line
Experience with installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
Experience with ticketing platforms, including ServiceNow and JIRA
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Security+, Network+, or CCENT Certifications
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with writing technical documentation
Experience working with Hypervisors, Servers, and Virtual Infrastructure, including VMWare, Linux, and Windows Server
Experience with Network Infrastructures, including Cisco, Juniper, and Broadcom
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
CCNA, MCSE, or Microsoft Cloud Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
