Rocco’s Restaurant & Bar has been a staple serving the people of Wilmington, and the surrounding areas for 82 years! We strive to always serve the highest quality food at the most reasonable prices while providing the best customer service to keep our guests coming back for more.
Rocco's Restaurant & Bar currently has openings for Hosts/Hostesses!
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting our guests at the door, presenting clean menus and promptly seating the guests as per the appropriate table chart.
- Answering phone calls, managing reservations and processing take-out orders.
- Providing detailed information about our function room and amenities to our clients.
- Providing detailed information about our menu.
- Coordinating function room events with management.
- Maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Contributing to a team environment and motivating the staff to present the best quality cuisine to our guests.
- Excellence in customer service and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a host preferred.
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- An ambition to learn and face new challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
