Job Summary/Description:
WBNG-TV, the CBS affiliate in Binghamton, NY, has an immediate opening for a bright, motivated HOST/PRODUCER to lead a local community-focused show called Around the Tiers. We are looking for an energetic individual who greets each day with a smile and has a collaborative team attitude.
The HOST/PRODUCER will schedule various guests to be interviewed both live and recorded, in-studio and on location.
Please note - the primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed above
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Successful candidates must have strong writing and producing skills, and the ability to create and deliver content under deadline pressure. Experience with non-linear editing is essential. Ability to shoot video is preferred. This individual will produce content for on-air, online, and mobile platforms. A college degree and at least one year of on-air/producing experience is preferred.
