As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties``` - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Escort guests to their tables and present menus - Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Assist servers with seating arrangements and special requests - Communicate with kitchen staff regarding table availability and special orders - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food service procedures and basic food safety guidelines - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy - A team player attitude with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest services and thrive in a dynamic restaurant environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Host/Host.
