Position Overview: As a Host/Hostess/Floor Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of events and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This multifaceted position requires individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, exude professionalism, and possess outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and hospitality upon arrival
• Provide accurate information and direct guests to the appropriate event spaces
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate with event staff to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve any issues that may arise
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Demonstrate leadership and assertiveness in managing guest interactions and resolving conflicts effectively
• Ability to work weekends and evenings is essential

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and build rapport
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
• Must exhibit a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Training will be provided to the right candidates

Compensation: Based on Experience - Competitive Pay for the right candidate
