Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival

- Escort guests to their tables and present menus

- Assist in seating guests according to seating chart and server rotation

- Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations

- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred

- Excellent guest service and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

- Phone etiquette skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.38 - $17.34 per hour
