The Manufacturing/Installation Technician is responsible for assembling, testing and repairing electro-mechanical
parts, assemblies, and equipment according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications, using hand tools, power
tools, precision instruments, and test equipment. The Manufacturing/Installation Technician will also assist
disassembly of RIVA and Optifill systems and prepare them for shipping to customer location. Once on site, the
Technician will unpack, move, and install fully-assembled RIVA and Optifill into the final customer location.
This position requires travel up to 35 % of the time.
Essential Functions:
- Installs equipment into customer site as needed. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all
paperwork and reports.
- Dismantles and packs the equipment.
- Prepares the customer site to receive equipment.
- Reconstructs equipment required by customer.
- Accountable for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing equipments. Performs
testing, calibration, checking, correcting, adjusting and part component replacement services on
products during install.
- Consults with product support and engineering personnel to determine solutions to unusual problems in
the system.
- Implements design modifications and provide installation support for the modifications.
- Performs start-up service as defined in specifications.
- Maintains service equipment, tools and documentation.
- Make connections and required adjustments as directed; tests operation of all components of each system
to properly establish service.

Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in Electrical Engineering with two (2) to four (4) years working experience.
- Previous work experience and abilities, without associate’s degree may be considered
