Host/Host
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
- Provide menus and assist with seating arrangements
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with food service when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills to ensure a positive dining experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
