Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and voicemails with a professional demeanor which reflects the restaurant's hospitality and quality standard
- Taking, managing and confirming reservation
- Greeting and seating incoming guests
- Managing menu cleanliness and inventory
- Ensuring that all guest requests are received by management and servers
- Managing the appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant's entryway
- Uphold the company's hospitality and service standards
- Provide coat check services
- Manage takeout orders and accept payment
- Issue gift cards and accept payment
- Have a working knowledge of frequently asked questions, including but not limited to: service times, holiday hours, menu items, contact information for management and private event mangement
- Maintain a well-kempt appearance
Shift Information: Full or part-time shifts are available Tuesday through Saturday starting at 4pm
